The Spiritual Law of One encourages us to accept ourselves, everyone and everything exactly as they are - without judgement. This includes the ‘self’. When we initiate the Spiritual Law of Decree, the energies of the Universe are aligned behind it. When we bless someone (or something) we are naturally invoking the Spiritual Law of Blessings, and are directing Divine energy towards them. When we do this with genuine intent a shaft of Divine White Light is transferred towards and into the person we are blessing. Raising your hand in the direction of the person (or thing, eg pet/animal or even plant) you wish to bless reinforces the blessing towards them. According to the Spiritual Law of Blessings, the act of blessing ushers in and invokes positive energy. Gratitude is being truly thankful from the heart. When we have genuine gratitude, positive energy flows from our hearts and activates responses from other people, as well as Universal energies. This is the Spiritual Law of Gratitude.
