Within our many Chakra centers we also have colors which can change. Though we speak often of our seven main Chakra centers, we in fact have 72 Chakra centers.
These centers in our hands, feet and knees etc are in constant movement, while the seven main centers, though they spin and rotate, very often do not work to their full potential. This happens due to the negative aspects within each person, some of which has been brought back to the earth plane from past lives, while at other times we pick up this negative energy ourselves as we go along, and even take on the negative energy of others.
When these energy centers or Chakras are not working properly, the colors within and around them change, becoming murky, dull or both. At these times, they often do not spin as fast as they need to. These seven main Chakra centers are the :
Solar Plexus Chakra,
Third Eye Chakra
There are, however, other areas that we need to consider fairly consistently and one is at the knees and the other below the feet. The Chakra below the feet is called the Earth Star, and is very necessary for our grounding. Without this Chakra our feet would barely touch the earth and we would then not be able to learn our earthly lessons. We may often need to see our feet anchored into the earth.
To heal using Chromotherapy we simply apply a colored cloth or cellophane to the part of the body requiring healing. This can also be done by seeing the color with the 3rd Eye and directing that particular color into the body at the required spot. To direct the necessary color into the body we may sometimes need to use color treated water.
This is a simple process whereby a bottle of water (preferably distilled or rain water) is covered with the appropriate colored cellophane, then placed on the window sill where it will get the rays of the Sun and the Moon, for a period of at least 48 hours. The vibration of the color is then transferred into the water. After this time the water is ready to be drunk in small doses 2 to 3 times daily. One must be aware, however, to use the correct color for the appropriate illness.
The above method of making colored water can also be used to make colored oils for massage of a certain part of the body. Soak a white cloth in a colored oil or water solution then place it on the body in the appropriate area.
In certain cases it may be suggested that a person wear a particular color of clothing to help with the healing process.
Always be aware that the room in which you are healing has a balance of color within it and be sure that the music you play is soft and soothing to yourself and to the person on the healing table; remembering that music vibrates to a particular color and tone.
