Privacy

This page explains what information is involved when you visit Body Soul Mind and how we treat it. In short, we do not run accounts, sign-ups, forms, comments or a newsletter. The only information we handle is the technical data any website needs to deliver pages, cookie-less page counts, and any email you choose to send us.

What our hosting provider processes

The site is served by our hosting and infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. Delivering any web page involves processing technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the request.

Our infrastructure provider may keep request logs of this kind to operate the service and protect it from abuse. We use them only to keep the site running and safe.

The site itself sets no cookies for tracking or advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. It works through a small script on each page.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics. It also states that the service does not fingerprint individuals through their IP address or user agent string to display analytics. Some ad blockers block this script, and that is fine with us.

The tools

There is nothing to submit in either of our tools.

• Routine builder. The routine builder keeps your choices in the page address, in the part after the question mark. This lets you bookmark or share a routine. Like any address you visit, it can appear in our hosting provider’s request logs.
• Check-in. The check-in works with your answers on the page. Your scores go into a page address only if you use its share link. Anyone you send that link to can see them, so share it only with people you are comfortable seeing your answers.

Email

Email is the only way to contact us. If you write to us, we see your email address and your message. We use them only to read and answer what you sent.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to sources on other websites so you can check what we say. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we suggest reading them if you have concerns. Our practices described here apply only to this site.

Changes and questions
